Kradeon is a decentralized application (dApp) that provides users with tools for token swaps, bridging assets across blockchains, on- and off-ramping, and related decentralized finance (DeFi) services. Kradeon does not custody funds, and all transactions are initiated and controlled by users via their self-custodial wallets.
4. No Financial Advice
Kradeon is not a financial institution, advisor, broker, or exchange. Nothing provided through Kradeon constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions, and Kradeon disclaims all liability for any actions taken based on content or features available through the Platform.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Kradeon at your own risk and to:
- Safeguard your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases
- Avoid exploiting bugs, using bots or scripts, or manipulating smart contracts
- Comply with all applicable laws and refrain from infringing on the rights of others
6. Fees and Taxes
Kradeon may charge fees for specific services, including swaps, bridges, and ramps. All fees will be disclosed prior to execution and are subject to change. Users are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes related to their activities.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, code (excluding open-source dependencies), and branding on Kradeon are the intellectual property of Kradeon and its affiliates. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials is strictly prohibited.
8. Risk Disclosure
Use of blockchain and DeFi technology involves significant risk, including the potential loss of funds due to bugs, exploits, or user error. Kradeon provides services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kradeon disclaims all liability for:
- Loss of assets, profits, or data
- Service interruptions or technical failures
- Contract vulnerabilities or third-party misconduct
- Legal or regulatory enforcement related to your use
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kradeon, its developers, affiliates, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming.

Kradeon may update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
