Kradeon ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use Kradeon, our decentralized application ("Platform").

1. Information We Collect

Kradeon is a non-custodial dApp. We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers. We may collect or process the following types of data:

Wallet addresses
Interactions with the Platform involve wallet addresses to process blockchain transactions
Transaction data
On-chain activity including swap amounts, tokens involved, timestamps, and transaction hashes
Technical data
Includes IP address (anonymized if logged), device type, browser information, operating system, and interactions with the Platform for analytics purposes

2. How We Use Information

We use the limited data we process to:

  • Facilitate core Platform functions such as swaps, bridging, and on/off-ramping
  • Monitor Platform performance and security
  • Improve user experience through usage analytics (non-identifiable)
  • Comply with legal obligations if required

3. Cookies and Tracking

Kradeon may use limited cookies or local storage strictly for:

  • User session preferences
  • Analytics and performance monitoring (e.g., Google Analytics or a decentralized analytics tool)

You can disable cookies in your browser, but some functionality may be affected.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We only share information in the following cases:

Compliance with law
To comply with subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes
Security and fraud prevention
To detect or prevent fraud, abuse, or system threats
Service providers
If we use third-party analytics or infrastructure providers, they are contractually bound to process data only as instructed

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard measures to secure data transmissions and backend infrastructure. However, no system is 100% secure. Users are responsible for protecting their wallet credentials and devices.

6. Data Retention

We retain non-identifiable usage data for as long as needed to serve legitimate business purposes, such as analytics or compliance.

7. User Rights

Because Kradeon does not store PII, requests for access, deletion, or correction of personal data typically do not apply. However, users can request information about how we process anonymized or technical data.

8. International Users

Kradeon is operated from the United States. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your information in the U.S., regardless of where you are located.

9. Children's Privacy

Kradeon is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 years old.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. If significant changes are made, we will notify users via the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
